Feeding the tourists Mallin Colorado is not just food. We offer exquisite, homemade, tasty food, lovingly prepared in wood-burning stove, with fresh ingredients from our own greenhouse by Don Victor. The kitchen is full of making bread, making pasta, stir, knead, chop, chop. Desserts are a delight, plus creams and sauces, make cakes, ice cream, pancakes, all made there. The site was designed by my mom, to your taste, a spacious kitchen and beautiful.

Always food in our house was an issue. We all know cooking rich, flavorful, and we have cookbooks, all kinds of machines .... manage ourselves. Obviously it is due to one thing: we have a gourmet full mom, who always gave forth between their machines, plugs, bottles, pieces of the various utilities for exquisite things with flavors and textures that we could never find elsewhere. And children were always close to her, thus in the kitchen. Until today invites his grandchildren to get their hands in the dough.

This style is what we share in the lodge. Breakfast with warm homemade bread, butter cookies, homemade jams, scrambled eggs at time and energy juice with freshly squeezed orange carrots. The lunches are super home, a stunning entrance and main course to our Independence Day, casserole, corn pie, sometimes even pies. A rich dessert and coffee machine. At the end of the day, after trips, a good bathroom with tub, club house becomes a party room. Pisco sour on the banks of the fireplace hot soup into wells of clay, a plate of meat and background provided rich accompaniments, or a blunt homemade lasagna, salmon or lamb with chips field. The sauces are the protagonists. End the day with a dessert, always delicious and different. Fourteen different menus are available, a different one each day, tasty and filling.

Each year Don Victor prepares the soil and re-seeding the greenhouse, at first weak green leaves that come out, there are lettuce, cilantro, basil, spinach, etc. Back in February begin to color the first tomatoes, the zucchini grow huge, cucumbers, peppers. The salads are very fresh on the table, what better to eat vegetables than an hour ago were still on the vine !!!

When you are on vacation in the middle of nowhere, a good bed with duvets, rich linens, great view, rustic atmosphere and good bathrooms are indispensable.
