A world of homemade and evocative flavors

Mallín Colorado Ecolodge offers this culinary program where you can enjoy the great cuisine and good hand of the housewife and you will have the possibility to visit our greenhouse with vegetables and aromatic herbs from the area. You will learn recipes for kneaded bread, how to prepare a lamb on a stick in the barbecue area, as well as different preparations of Patagonian salmon with fine herbs and delicious desserts from the colonial era.
From its beginnings Mallín Colorado Ecolodge has been characterized by its excellent food in which the housewife puts all her affection and good taste, preparing homemade and traditional dishes and recipes with products from our own garden, with healthy meats from the area, in cooks with firewood and clay pots, giving their dishes that homely touch that has made them famous.
